1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing the website at yooforged.com, registering for an account, or purchasing a subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Services. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
2. NATURE OF SERVICE YOOforged (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides an AI-powered generation tool designed specifically for the YOOtheme Pro page builder. Our Service allows users to generate importable JSON layouts, style files, translations, and rewritten copy for WordPress and Joomla environments.

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with YOOtheme GmbH, WordPress, or Joomla. The names “YOOtheme,” “WordPress,” and “Joomla” are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
3. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION To access features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
A. Plans and Billing Cycles
Free Plan: Includes 5 AI translation requests and 5 AI copywriter requests per month. Layout and style generation require a paid subscription.
Bronze Plan: Includes 100 AI generations per month. Billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
Gold Plan: Includes 500 AI generations per month. Billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
B. Generation Limits “Generations” are calculated based on successful requests sent to our AI engine. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month. If you reach your limit, you must wait for your billing cycle to reset or upgrade your plan to continue generating.
C. Payments All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the initial term and any renewal terms.
D. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time via your account dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
E. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our product (immediate access to AI generation and proprietary code), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused generations. By purchasing, you consent to immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery of the digital service.
5. AI GENERATION & ACCURACY
A. AI Methodology Our Service uses artificial intelligence to synthesize code structures based on your inputs. While we strive for high-quality, import-ready output, you acknowledge that AI is experimental technology.
B. User Responsibility You agree that:
Code Verification: You are responsible for testing and verifying all generated JSON code in a staging environment before deploying it to a live production site.
Accuracy: We do not guarantee that generated layouts, styles, translations, or copy will be 100% error-free or visually perfect every time.
Edits Required: Generated output is intended as a foundation. You acknowledge that manual adjustments within YOOtheme Pro may be required to achieve your specific design goals.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE RIGHTS
A. Commercial Use We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the Output (the JSON files, style files, and other content generated by the Service) for both personal and commercial projects (e.g., building client websites).
B. Platform Ownership YOOforged retains all ownership rights to the Service itself, including the underlying interface, proprietary prompts, algorithms, and branding. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to copy the underlying functionality of the Service to build a competing product.
7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory.
Attempt to bypass usage limits or API restrictions.
Share your account credentials with other individuals (account sharing is prohibited).
8. PRIVACY Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at yooforged.com/privacy-policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOOforged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of:
Your use or inability to use the Service.
Any errors or failures in the generated output.
Any compatibility issues with future versions of YOOtheme Pro, WordPress, or Joomla.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOOforged and its founders from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Massachusetts.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
